With hands-on experience in a variety of mining activities and project management expectations, our team has a vast working knowledge of most mining activities and can provide solutions to support your operational team in any capacity.

Neville Pears

Managing Director

Neville Pears has progressed from entry-level positions to senior leadership roles in some of the most challenging mines in the world. His working career has taken them throughout Australia, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, and the United States of America.

Jason Laffin

Business Development

Jason brings his extensive experience in Contract Mining Services from previous Commercial Manager and Business Development roles in Mining. A flexible, self-motivated professional with broad range of skills, and knowledge across Operational Requirements, Contract Management, Business Development, Client Relationship Management and Recruitment.

Belinda Butler

Administrator & Onboarding Coordinator

Belinda has over 25+ years of experience in mining and extensive knowledge of administration support of mine sites and managing admin responsibilities on large mining projects.

Chris Thompson

Haul truck training specialist

Chris has 30+ years of experience in the mining industry, with a background as a qualified fitter & turner. He has a wide range of career experience, holds diplomas in training & Health and Safety, and is highly experienced in all HSET functions.

We also employ several operators, including drillers, dozer, excavator & dump truck operators, whom we deploy to sites to assist with our operational coaching program, add skills & experience to your team and assist with tasks that require additional experienced personnel. We also contract several qualified trainers on short to long-term placements to cover your training requirements.
